Vivek will be taking an Interactive Session on  Impact of COVID-19 on DevOps and agile practices adoption – Day 1.

Vivek Porwal is working with QualityKiosk Technologies as Senior Vice President and leading the consulting and delivery management. He have 18 years of experience in BFSI segment in consulting, Quality Assurance and Auditing. Currently, he is leading Digital Transformation projects including Digital Lending, Open Banking, Omni-Channels project. He have set up Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Test Automation, DevOps & Agile consulting practices. He represented as Speaker in Digital Conclave ‘20 by ET-CIO The Economic Times, Robot Process Automation (RPA) by The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI), #DOPPA17 by DevOps++ Alliance, RPA and Blockchain by Agile Testing Alliance, The CxO round table by UiPath. He published articles on BOT-First Approach: A secret formula for Bank CIOs and Use of Blockchain in Banking and importance of quality assurance. He was awarded in 2016 as “CA Professional Achiever- Information Technology Sector” by ICAI.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?

This global summit hosts many of the industry professionals and practitioners in the area of DevOps and Agile. It is a great platform to learn from various practitioners across geographies and share my experience and views with the participants.

2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?

This global summit hosts many of the industry professionals and practitioners in the area of DevOps and Agile. It is a great platform to learn from various practitioners across geographies and share my experience and views with the participants.

3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?

I make sure that I spare time to read and learn new technological updates every day to enhance my own learning and helps me at work. I regularly connect with professional bodies and education institutes like ISACA, ICAI, IIT-B, IIMs, ISB. Apply and convert the new technological updates and learning into business terms.

4. Anything else you want to share

Last book I read was “Work Inspired” by Aron Ain on How to Build an organization where everyone Loves to Work. It brings great perspective about tapping into the Power of their People. Becoming an Un-leader, Trusted relationship building with employees, how to create better work environment for employees to generate better business outcomes.
