Vidhi Saxena is a DevOps Evangelist, with 13+ years of experience in IT sector in domains including telecom, retail, healthcare & banking. She is currently a part of DevOps CoE in Nagarro. She is experienced in DevOps (adoption, implementation & innovation), Linux administration, and IT infrastructure services. She is passionate about connecting with techies around in various networking events and with a keen interest in public speaking. Hence, itching to wear my technical & speaker hats as needed!

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
It is a great way to meet and grow your network with the like-minded techies around and it also helps us to enhance our sphere of knowledge.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Yes, because knowledge knows no borders and regular self-learning helps us to be ahead of the rest in the industry.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
There are some daily habits at work which I follow religiously! I start my day by restructuring my to-do checklist to plan and prioritize the tasks in my plate, listening or reading any technical talk or blog respectively to be in sync with the latest technologies & trends and finally, end my day by doing a retrospective of my entire workday!
4. Anything else you want to share
I have this spiritual thread that keeps running in the back of my mind to discover for what motive God has wished me alive and how will I be able to identify and achieve it in this life.
