Sanjiv Chourasia is heading the Agile Center of Excellence for Technology Solutions group in TD Bank, one of North America’s 5th largest banks. With over two decades of international experience working for large institutions, including one on Wall Street, NY, and mentoring small & nimble startups, he has gained a range of experience that he love to share with the IT community and with entrepreneurs. He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Mentor of Public Incubator Inc., Canada, a global business incubation platform for emerging entrepreneurs.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
#doppa2020 is a global platform for bright engineers who are passionate about building and delivering high-quality software with tremendous agility. The innovative minds that come together in the global summit are committed to sharpening their skills and apply the learnings in a meaningful way.
It is my pleasure and privilege to speak at #doppa2020 to share my thoughts and learning about how to cultivate an innovative mindset.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Yes, learning should NEVER stop! Investing our time in learning, whether virtual or physical, is vital to keeping our axe sharp all the time. A sharpened axe is 10X more powerful than a blunt one.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
Observing everything with curiosity and “intent to learn” is critical for achieving and sustaining successes, not only at work but also in life. There is something new to learn from everybody and from every incident. These micro-learnings come together beautifully. We can consciously apply & unconsciously leverage them to connect the dots and solve complex problems.
