Mukund Zalke is a Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) at Xpanxion. He have worked on Web Automation, API Automation, DevOps, CI/CD and Security Testing. He is Innovative person with positive mindset to solve problems using technology and highly quality conscious as well as dedicated and willing to take on challenging roles. He like to explore new technologies like AI/ML. He would also like to share the knowledge with his colleagues and with the community.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
#DOPPA2020 is one of the biggest event in India. It is a great platform for me to exchange ideas, share my knowledge with community, learn new things also it’s a great opportunity to connect with likely minded people across the world.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Virtual learning allows you to enjoy a more flexible schedule, and can allow you to more easily develop your career alongside. Since it allows learners to attend sessions from anywhere in world, it is very useful for distant learners and for peoples who cannot meet face to face because of any reason. I strongly believe Virtual Learning gives more productivity.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
Prioritizing daily tasks and take 1-2 hours of daily time for self-learning.Follow fail fast approach as while as innovating at fast pace, fail fast allows you to avoid big failures and enhances rate of success.
4. Anything else you want to share
I strongly believe in that as we are constantly learning, most important and challenging thing is putting whatever you have learned into practice. I would like to wish #DOPPA2020 a huge success and looking forward to a great learning experience.
