We had posted some questions to Mukund as a part of his #ATAMyStory
1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
DOPPA always brings variety in the topics. I’m a regular DOPPA attendee either as Speaker, Panel member, or audience. #DOPPA2020 will be interesting as it is the first virtual conference. I’m excited to be a Panel member.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
It’s not new to us. There are many examples of virtual learning in Indian mythology. We shouldn’t stop or start learning due to a situation. It is a continuous process to live as a human. In the current situation, you can take advantage of the time we saved through traveling (and contributed to the environment by reducing carbon emission).
Personal and social health should be at the highest priority as long as we are in the human body and spirit.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
A few years back, consistency was the biggest enemy for me. I learned it in a hard way that Consistency pays dividends. Now I make sure that every week I complete one book reading and acquire new skills in a month. I have developed my checklist for ‘Things to learn in 2020’. Now I am consistent in pursuing my bucket list.
