Manoj Chaudhari is co-founder and Technical head at Minutus Computing located in Pune, India. After working more than 20+ years in R&D & Engineering operations with various organization, he have ventured into my startup. He specialize in Enterprise application engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Containers related technology. He like working with people on their technical challenges and guide youngsters with career on technical topics. He is associated with couple of training institutes for such guidance.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
ATA does a great job to bring people together and spread awareness amongst people. It always feels great to educate and share what I know technically. #doppa2020 just does that. I also like to interact with people to understand their views in general.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Learning is important no matter what way it comes. Virtual learning has come to reality way earlier than what we all have thought…During this time, when we don’t have many social activities, I guess we all can utilize to know few more things.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
Practice, apart from what you practice, brings consistency and perseverance. I read for 20-30 mins every day no matter what, helped me immense to stay abreast to latest technologies & sleep well.
4. Anything else you want to share
Helping & supporting others brings joy and sense of immense satisfaction. It also helped me to be a better team player and take care of my teams in the right way.
