Karthikeyan Balasubramanian is Founder of ShadowS research group, Entrepreneur, Freelancer & Crazy Tech Speaker. He have completed his Master of Technology in Data Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has 5 years of experience in Digital Research and Development. He have built various innovative tools for Customer experience, Chatbot & IoT. He is now doing a research in Brand Media analytics.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
Whatever we do, at the end of the day we need a platform to showcase our capabilities and to learn. I feel doppa2020 is like the Oscars for techies. Speaking at doppa2020 helps to spread the thought process in DevOps and also an opportunity to connect with great minds for their suggestions, feedback and experience.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Especially in the current situation, we can see that global recession is just around the corner. We should learn & keep ourselves updated in the latest tech to survive but at the same time our health and safety against the pandemic is crucial. Virtual Learning is the right choice to cover both the health aspect and the knowledge aspect.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
The everyday practice which I would say is “Start each day with a fresh smile on your face”.
