Inderpreet Kaur have 7+ years of experience in software Industry. Initially started out with Application development in Java based technologies and frameworks working in banking and e-commerce domains and then gradually enhancing her profile to learn and implement Devops. Currently, she is a part of Devops COE team in Nagarro and I am exploring , learning and working on new areas and opportunities in Devops , Cloud and Automation.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
Speaking at Doppa will give me an opportunity to meet different technology experts , grow my professional network as this is a global event that will add a new feather to my cap.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Definitely Yes , With everything going virtual , organisations should come forward to encourage employees to upskill themselves within the comfort of their homes.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
In context of working while in lockdown , have developed some new practices – Having a daily routine and keep following same for managing both work and home , avoiding meetings/calls which can be just emails , work + workout , Keep Upskilling.
