We had posted some questions to Dhivya as a part of his #ATAMyStory
1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
I see #DOPPA2020 as a unique platform to showcase my skills as we do not always have the chance to speak in front of like minded people and industry peers across the globe. Also, I feel really great and super excited to meet everyone out there.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Looking at the current scenario how the world is trying to inherit the latest technologies or even overcoming a pandemic which we are going through currently, I see that virtual learning is opening up a newer and better dimension of learning that would be more efficient and productive than any conventional ways that are being currently followed.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
I would say, stick to the basics and follow the protocols. This would be one major thing to stay prefect at work. Also, I feel communication is the key. Proper commination and organizing the work accordingly would give more accountability and help anyone to contribute more towards work.
