Daniel Carbajal is a full-stack software developer working for USA companies as foreign contractor. Also work as consultor for some Latin America companies with Valueinnova LLC. Last few years he have worked over legal, financial, insurance, car sales, pest control and logistic industries building high quality software. He is a technical junkie who loves building software and understand people behavior around the software building processes and their impact.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?
As a consultor is great to know different perspective and experience outside your own. It is a great opportunity to learn and share.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?
Yes, in the current situation is a must. Technology is always growing and mutating; this behavior is accelerating even more last decade. Virtual learning – in my understanding – is the JIT version of continuous learning.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?
Test Automation, Clean Coding, Continuous integration, Continuous deploy, Pair Programming.
4. Anything else you want to share
I believe that technical excellency has a big role over digital transformation. Agility culture is built around embracing changes – we can adapt business processes and people behaviors around them – but software needs to be adaptable too! And that is only achieved through craftmanship.
