Avinash Tiwari is co-founder at pCloudy, the Continuous Testing Cloud. Apart from building a global SAAS platform for App Testing, he is a Keynote speaker, a passionate entrepreneur, and a Sports lover. He have 15+ experience in Product development and Testing. He is currently based out of Bangalore and is an alumnus of IIT and MIT Sloan. As an entrepreneur, he is on his journey to build globally recognized SAAS platform for App Testing. His mission is to make App Testing autonomous augment the strength of testers multifolds in that process. His product – pCloudy.com has be recognized as Top 50 Startups by SmartCEO in 2018. Beyond being an entrepreneur, he is an avid team sports lover. Seeing the power and energy of a team brings the adrenaline rush inside him. The days are great when they as team produce great results and value to our products and customers.

1. Why do you think speaking at #doppa2020 really matters to you?

Doppa gives a great platform to interact with decision makers, creative thinkers and technocrats together and exchange the ideas and trends that can help enterprises to scale up and improvise upon QA processes with changing times.

2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should promote virtual learnings special in the current situation?

Yes, virtual learnings have become the need of the hour when working remotely has become a new normal.

3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work?

There are 3 core essentials that we focus on –
a) Our Product – What problem are you solving as a business and is it relevant in today’s time? At the same time will it be relevant for the coming future?
b) Our people – Removing all the fringe around people we had built over the years, it’s really “them” which has become the most important aspect now. If organizations want employees to do and deliver more, then employees must feel valued as people.
c) Our Customer – What is essential with the customer right now? Empathy, ability to listen and be a 2 AM friend to your customer. Flexibility to find ways to sail together in these difficult times.
